Get out your cameras!
 The Web Committee would like to announce a new contest called "Plant of the Month". 

All you have to do each month is email a picture of your favorite plant, or flower, or shrub,or  tree . . .you get the point . . .  to Emily Robertson.  Beginning the 1st of the month through the 20th you may submit one photo per person. Photos will be posted on our public photo gallery on the website, and members can vote between the 25th and the end of the month; one vote per person, please. The winner will then be considered the "Centerfold Plant of the Month".

Then, on the 1st of the following month, you can log on to our website to see which plant has won, as well as submit a new photo for the new month, and so on.  

 Entry submissions should be include:

 The name of the member submitting the entry; and

 A digital photo that the submitter has taken (we can't accept copyrighted photos's); and

 A name and short description of the entry; and

 Optional - Care and feeding suggestions, etc.

Even if you don't submit an entry don't forget to vote for your favorites.

 We are excited about this new venture and we hope it will inspire increased member usage of our awesome new site, thus possibly minimizing the amount of email in everyone's "Inbox".  Most importantly, we see this as a fun opportunity that will enhance the cohesiveness that embodies our immense organization.
