Mentoring

The mentoring and retention committee aides in fostering a relationship between established Benton County Master Gardeners, and newly trained master gardeners. In addition, they conduct membership surveys to determine what types of events the club needs to have in order to retain its members. They also perform exit interviews, and act as a representative to members with specific needs.

There are two ways to serve:

    * you can volunteer to work on the committee or
    * you can volunteer to be a mentor.
